Corporate catering — canapés and plated dining for a London business event

    Corporate Catering — quick answers

    What is corporate catering?

Corporate catering is professional food and service delivered for business events — boardroom lunches, client entertaining, award dinners, product launches, conferences and team milestones. It combines chef-led menus, front-of-house staffing and reliable logistics so the food matches the standard of the room.

How much does corporate catering cost per head in London?

Working lunches in London typically start from around £35 per head, canapé receptions from £45 per head and plated three-course client dinners from £110 per head. Award-ceremony and gala dinners are quoted bespoke against the venue, guest count and service brief.

What corporate catering formats do you cover?

We deliver boardroom lunches, canapé and bowl-food receptions, three and four-course plated dinners, award-ceremony catering, conference and off-site catering, product launches, breakfast and grazing setups, and dedicated hospitality for private-office and family-office teams.

How much notice do you need for a corporate booking?

Two to four weeks' notice is comfortable for most corporate bookings. We regularly accept short-notice enquiries — smaller boardroom lunches and canapé receptions can often be turned around in a few working days when the brief is clear.

Corporate catering at the level your business is operating at: thoughtful menus, considered sourcing and front-of-house service that holds the room — whether you are entertaining clients in a private dining room, hosting a hundred guests at an award dinner or briefing a board over a working lunch.

Plated corporate dinner course prepared by a Michelin-trained private chef

Menus written for the room you are entertaining

We write every corporate brief from scratch. A Mayfair client lunch needs different food to a tech-launch canapé reception in Shoreditch, a partner dinner in the City and an award gala in Manchester — and the menu, the format and the team scale accordingly. We talk through the agenda, the guest profile, dietary briefs, brand cues and the timings of the day before we propose a thing. Formats include working breakfasts, boardroom lunches, bowl food for receptions, canapé service flowing into plated dinners, multi-course tasting menus, and full-service award evenings with sommelier, front-of-house, AV liaison and dedicated event leads on site through service.

Refined seasonal dish plated for a corporate fine dining event

Restaurant-grade food at office, venue or private dining room

Every menu is cooked by Michelin-trained chefs and plated to restaurant standard. Sourcing runs through Borough Market, Allens of Mayfair, North-West butchers and Cheshire growers, with day-boat fish, dry-aged British meat and considered seasonal produce on every plate. We operate cleanly inside corporate kitchens, hired venues, private members' clubs, hotels, your own offices and outdoor marquees — bringing the equipment we need, working to your venue's H&S protocols, and clearing down at the end of service so your team walks back into a clean room the next morning.

Front-of-house and chef team delivering a luxury corporate event

A team that protects your brand on the night

Every event is led by a senior project manager from brief through to debrief. We pair the right chef with the right front-of-house team for the room, brief them on your company's tone and dress code, and operate under strict NDAs whenever the guest list calls for it. For recurring corporate clients we run a continuity model — the same lead chef, the same sommelier, the same operations contact — so by the third or fourth event you are simply confirming the date and the headcount, and we are doing the rest. The reliability is the point: you are never wondering, on the day, whether the food, the team or the timing will hold.

    Dietary requirements

Bespoke menus for every guest at the table

Corporate guest lists are rarely straightforward — and our kitchens are built around that. Every event runs to a documented dietary register: vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, halal, kosher-style, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, low-FODMAP, allergen-aware and considered children's menus where the brief calls for it. Sourcing is traceable and parallel dishes are plated to the same standard so no guest at the table feels like an afterthought.
